Whitney Voûte
Whitney is an organizational psychologist working with leaders across industries to facilitate and accelerate individual and organizational change.
Previously, Whitney spent over 15 years in the private equity industry focused on capital raising, investor relations (both public and private markets), communications, investing and business strategy. Working in private equity sparked an intense curiosity about the factors driving organizational success and failure.
As an investor, consultant and colleague, Whitney has always been keenly focused on why some teams and individuals struggle and some thrive, how conflict is managed and/or avoided, and how organizational momentum can be unlocked for greater satisfaction and success. As a coach, facilitator and consultant, she applies her organizational psychology expertise to these questions for clients, to guide change and transformation.
Her highly cross-functional roles have enabled her to collaborate with diverse internal and external teams, allowing her to deeply understand a variety of workplace cultures, quickly identify effective (and ineffective) practices and provide a true full system perspective.
Whitney holds a BA in Government from Cornell University and a Masters in Organizational Psychology and Change Leadership from Columbia University where her research explored the experience of women in leadership roles within financial services.
Whitney brings deep curiosity, compassion, and a sense of humor to this work alongside extensive experience in financial services organizations.
